Within just 10 minutes of seeing the development in person, she knew: “Oh my God, this is my home!”
She had always dreamed of retiring by the ocean, watching surfers from her terrace. Now, that vision is her everyday reality.

For Julita, moving to Portugal was not a leap into the unknown. The climate, forests and hospitality reminded her of Poland — only warmer, sunnier and by the ocean.
She quickly felt at home on the Silver Coast, where neighbors became friends within days. And with other Polish expats living nearby, she has a sense of community while enjoying the a more authentic and laid-back Portuguese lifestyle.
“I feel like a resident already,” she says.
